Ella McCrystal profile

Ella McCrystal

I’m Ella McCrystal. I’m a psychotherapist, trauma specialist, clinic director, author, speaker, and the founder of The Neuroletrics Method.

My work sits at the intersection of neuroscience, trauma psychology, somatic intelligence, and human potential. I’m known for translating complex clinical and scientific concepts into grounded, human language that creates real change in people’s lives.

My background is rooted in clinical practice. I’ve spent years working with trauma, attachment wounds, psychosomatic illness, nervous system dysregulation, addiction patterns, and relational trauma. Over time, I became increasingly focused on one central question. Why do intelligent, self aware people keep repeating patterns that hurt them, even when they understand what’s happening. The answer wasn’t a lack of insight or motivation. It was a nervous system and subconscious system that had adapted to personal history and genetic expression. That understanding led to the development of my signature framework, The Neurolectrics Method. It’s designed to help people move out of survival based identity and return to their core self. My work is both deeply compassionate and uncompromisingly honest. It doesn’t bypass pain, and it doesn’t allow people to stay stuck inside it either.

My voice is calm, grounded, and precise. I speak to people who’ve done the work, read the books, tried the healing, and still feel something unresolved underneath it all. My work is about integration, recalibration, and rebuilding trust with the self.

The Neurolectrics Method™️, is gentle but deeply transformative.
I’ll work safely with your nervous system, emotional body, and subconscious mind to help you feel calm, connected, and free again.

Laura Baker Holland profile

Laura Baker-Holland

Laura had a long career in IT before retraining as an osteopath. Laura  changed career because I was burnt out and unwell from working in a job I no longer enjoyed. I trained to become an osteopath at the prestigious British School of Osteopathy, and I did this part-time over 5 years. Even before qualifying, I had completed over 1000 hours of clinical work, treating real patients in the university clinic in Borough, London.

I went from having a job that I hated to a job that I love. I never have the Monday morning blues now. I work in Northampton Clinic, and I also have my own clinic in Kempston, Bedford, and I also work in Nene Valley Osteopaths in Raunds too. I am particularly interested in working with people with long-term chronic health conditions (fibro, ME, hypermobility). I also like working with the older adult population, 60+, where it is particularly gratifying to see people regain function or reduce pain that they had assumed they had to put up with due to their age. One of the reasons I added earwax removal to the portfolio was as a result of working with older adults.I try to walk the walk as well as talk to the talk, on matters of health. I am trying to look after myself so that I can live an independent life to at least 100. I am interested in the gut biome, good nutrition and how to exercise when you are a person who does not always relish that thought! When I turned 50, I ran my first marathon. I am shortly due to turn 60, and am planning to run a half-marathon to celebrate this. Like many of us, I need to set goals to make things happen, and this definitely applies to this sort of training.

I choose to be part of the Society of Homeopath’s register because it shows my commitment to homeopathy and makes me part of a professional community that works to high standards and policies. Like many of my patients, I came across homeopathy when I had a problem that couldn’t be solved with mainstream medicine. The treatment I was given was free from harmful side-effects, helped my symptoms quickly and gave me a feeling of well-being. I left my career in nursing and became a homeopath.
