ADHD Assessment​:

Two Part Standard Assessment Process:

• Initial screening which includes psychometric scoring and review of relevant documents (e.g., school reports if available)
• Two appointments (to allow screening out)

Part A: Initial screening & information gathering​ [1-hour]
Part B: Final assessment & feedback [1.5 hours]

Detailed assessment report (to be received within three weeks)
Short employer letter
Option of Face to Face or Zoom Video Appointment

Autism Assessment:

Four Part Standard Assessment Process​

• Comprehensive Assessment using ‘Gold Standard’ Assessment tools
• Initial screening which includes psychometric scoring and review of relevant documents (e.g., school reports if available)
• Three separate assessment appointments (to allow screening out):

Part A: Initial screening and information gathering [1-hour]
Part B: Sensory and functional assessment with an OT [1-hour]
Part C: Interview with family member [2-2.5 hours]
Part D: Autism assessment interview and observations [2 hours]

Feedback appointment [1-hour]
Detailed assessment report (to be received within three weeks)
Short employer letter
Option of Face to Face and Zoom Appointments
